Join us in the heart of Hungary for the International Festival “Autumn Budafest” a non-competitive celebration of traditional and modern art forms. Open to folklore dancers, modern troupes, instrumentalists, choirs, and performers of all ages, this festival offers the perfect platform to showcase your talent.

Set in the stunning city of Budapest, known for its historic charm and vibrant culture, the festival promises an unforgettable experience of art, music, and unity. Perform on a professional stage and create lasting memories in one of Europe’s most enchanting cities.

Accommodation Details

Participating groups will stay in hostels (rooms have their own bathroom) or hotels on a Bed & Breakfast basis.

• Rooms: Groups will be accommodated in rooms  with 3 beds, 4 beds or multiple beds according to hotel structure with their own bathroom.
• The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
• Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 10:00

Costs and Extras:

• Double Room: +10€ /person/day
• Single Room: +35€ /person/day
• Extra night: Hostel: 42 € per person / per day | Hotel: 48 € per person / per day
• On every 25 participants, the 26th person stays free of charge!

Participation fee:

Hostels: 

2 nights 99€ per person (4 bed and 6 bed rooms) or 3 nights 135€ per person (4 bed and 6 bed rooms)

Hotels: 

2 nights 108€ per person or 3 nights 144€ per person

It includes:

• Accommodation in Hostles or Hotels
• Bed & Breakfast Basis
• Participation at 1 Concert and a Defile
• Invitation Letter
• Grattiduted Certificate
• City Tax
• All expenses of the festival organization

Does NOT include:

• Travel Insurance (ask us for special promotion)
• Transfers
• Parking for the bus
• Excursions (See the excursion list in the section “Excursions”)

Additional Festival Information

Transfers:

Can transportation be arranged? Yes! For groups arriving by plane, festival organizers can arrange transportation to and from the airport, as well as during the festival days. The cost of transport will be calculated based on the group size and must be covered by the group.

Parking for Buses:

For groups traveling by bus, parking will be available at local rates set by the parking facility. Your bus can be used for transport throughout the festival.

Payment Terms:

The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Payment schedule:

• 30% upon application to confirm participation.
• 40% no later than 60 days before the festival.
• 30% must be paid 10 days prior to the festival start.

Final participant lists must be submitted 30 days before the festival, after which advance payments are non-refundable.
