International Folklore Festival “Golden Fish”
The Ministry of National Education of Romania, the Tulcea County School Inspectorate, the Tulcea County Council, the artistic ensemble “Baladele Deltei” (Tulcea), and the Children’s Palace (Tulcea) are organizing the International Folklore Festival “Golden
Fish”, which will be held for the 32nd time on August 7–12, 2026.
Our goal is to create a true celebration of folklore, where, at the Danube Delta, children –ambassadors of folklore from different countries – will gather to share joy, build friendships, and strengthen the spirit of love and unity.
The Tulcea festival has a dynamic and efficient organization, and over the years it has hosted ensembles from the following countries: Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland, Ukraine, France, Russia, Moldova, Yugoslavia, Armenia, Greece, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, and others.
